Who is allowed to make reservations?
The Smart Zone is dynamic and therefore for everyone. Suppliers can reserve this spot for (un)loading, residents for parking, and for receiving guests.
Where can I find Smart Zones?
In the app you can find Smart Zone locations by pressing the "Book" or "Search" icon. On the streets you can recognize Smart Zones by the wave street marking.
How much does it cost to use a Smart Zone?
It is free to create an account and book a Smart Zone. If you reserve the Smart Zone for parking, don't forget that local parking fees might apply
Can I use the Smart Zone if it's free?
Do you see that a Smart Zone is still available? Scan the QR code on the screen and make a reservationfor the upcoming time slot (up to 15 minutes). Outside of Smart Zone opening hours, you do not need tomake a reservation to use the Smart Zone.
Do I need an account to make a reservation?
Yes, in order to make a booking for the future, you need to set up an account by following 3 easy steps. And don't worry, it's free of charge!
What if I want to use the Smart Zone for a social activity
Please feel free to contact us, if you have ideas to use the Smart Zone in even more flexible ways. We will discuss the possibilities with the local authorities.
